• Experience in installation, configuration and troubleshooting of windows server, linux and related services
• Monitoring and managing all installed systems and infrastructure
• Evaluate the existing systems and provide the technical direction
• Experience in server virtualization environment (VMware, Cloud, Compute, Network & Storage etc.)
• Experience in maintaining an IT system infrastructure (LAN, WAN, Server, OS and Network)
• Experience in server production, UAT and backup infrastructure environment
• Prepare proposal and necessary documentation of system infrastructure
• Maintain a good customer relationship and implement the system requirements
• Knowledge of server high availability cluster and web configuration
• Be part of 24/7 team to perform all maintenance operations
