Pre Sales Engineer (IT)

Job Description

• Collaborate with the sales support team by representing as the technical experts
• Proposal writing and presenting about the company’s services and products
• Consulting the technical requirements to meet the clients’ need, want and their goals
• Responsibilities of the customer relationship and collaborate with the business development team
• Analyze the business opportunity in the market related with the company’s service and products
• Communicate and cooperate with the all stakeholders including customers, vendors, partners, and internal team
• Meets assigned target for sales growth and research the market
• Monitor throughout the sales process for the customers’ support and provide proposed technical solution
• Reports to the business development manager and management

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, or any other related degree with information technology, or business administration
• At least two years of industry experience in sales engineering or IT technology consulting
• Strong experience in proposal writing concerns with the IT services and products
• Familiar with the IT security products
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
• Coordinates closely with the internal sales, vendors, and service resources to align solution design with customers’ business requirements
• Provides coaching and professional development to sale team members associates in order to enhance their product knowledge, technical insight, and technical sales skills
• Pursue business opportunity to develop the companies’ products and services
• Provide customer support for technical solutions throughout the sales process, and alerts the sales and account team
• Proven technology skills, outstanding interpersonal abilities,
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
